At Carmi California, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and unopened
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return unless defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened fragrances or candles
  • Used personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Custom or personalized products

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion after review.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.


8. Sale Items

All sale or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
