10. Dispute Resolution – Arbitration & Class Action Waiver (California Residents)

Agreement to Arbitrate:
By purchasing from Carmi California, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your purchase, our products, or this policy shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as otherwise required by law.

Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration Process:
Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in California, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
